Jessica Flewelling, is a limited licensed master social worker. She uses a client centered approach to aid children, adolescents, adults and couples with stress, relationship conflicts, difficult life transitions, past trauma, and sense of self issues. She has specialties working with children and families in foster care/adoption, as well as working with adoptive/foster/biological parents. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Andrea Martineau is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 10 years experience in the field. She works with clients age 17+ who are facing a wide range of issues including: navigating life transitions, interpersonal relationship conflicts, academic or professional challenges, adjusting to changes at home or in the family structure, exposure to abuse or neglect, establishing boundaries in relationships, grief and loss, and those seeking healing from past trauma.
Andrea utilizes client-centered and expressive therapy techniques combined with cognitive behavioral modalities. She is trained in DBT and TF-CBT. Her work is strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-racist, culturally responsive and affirming. Andrea delivers a warm, accepting and compassionate approach. She believes in the power of the professional relationship between client/therapist and wants to work alongside you to improve your current situation and reach your desired goals.
