Jessica Flewelling, is a limited licensed master social worker. She uses a client centered approach to aid children, adolescents, adults and couples with stress, relationship conflicts, difficult life transitions, past trauma, and sense of self issues. She has specialties working with children and families in foster care/adoption, as well as working with adoptive/foster/biological parents. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
She believes in creating a safe, welcoming place where people can become empowered, heal and grow.

James Mangan, Pastoral Counselor
James Mangan is experienced in helping individuals, couples and groups find meaning and support in the face of life's difficulties. Through his training and work as a chaplain, James has learned the importance of offering empathy and support to others as they wrestle with the deeper questions of life, such as: Who am I? What is the purpose of life? Why am I suffering? Where is God? James provides services to many age ranges and is experienced in helping navigate many different issues including but not limited to: grief, forgiveness, identity work, meaning and purpose, life goals, relationships, faith and loss of faith, spiritual distress, overwhelming feelings, and finding inner peace.
