As a counselor, James Mangan  cares deeply about helping people find support, guidance, and healing amidst the ups and downs of life. James believes that people deserve to be listened to and that the challenges and issues they face need to be understood before solutions can be offered.
James has experience in helping others navigate many different issues, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelming feelings, obsessive thoughts, relationship struggles, communication issues, family wounds, forgiveness and emotional healing, meaning and purpose, crisis of faith, and the search for inner peace.
