My practice with individuals is a client-centered and strengths based approach. I meet clients where they're at, and we move forward and grow together, as they reach their goals. Life is full of change, unpredictable events, and opportunities to learn and my goal as your therapist is to walk alongside you while you explore your own path of growth. I provide comprehensive mental health care to individual adults, couples, adolescents, and families looking to begin their journey in improving themselves, their relationships, their family systems, or their road to self discovery.
I specialize in depression, mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, parenting, peer/relationship struggles, and family conflict. I am passionate about helping patients reach their goals, at their pace, through self discovery and self growth. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other approaches.
I offer a compassionate and accepting approach when working with all clients. I believe in harnessing a client's strengths to help them achieve their goals and make the changes they desire to become their best selves.
