Jessica Flewelling, is a limited licensed master social worker. She uses a client centered approach to aid children, adolescents, adults and couples with stress, relationship conflicts, difficult life transitions, past trauma, and sense of self issues. She has specialties working with children and families in foster care/adoption, as well as working with adoptive/foster/biological parents. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Shalonda James-Garza is a licensed professional counselor. She is passionate about helping individuals as they journey through life's transitions, anxiety, depression, parenting and women’s issues. She is skilled in serving interracial and intercultural families. Her goal is to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere that can nurture the process of growth and awareness. In her role as a counselor she will partner with you, listen to, and understand your concerns. She will help you to identify personal barriers then provide coping strategies and a plan for navigating. She is trauma informed and uses culturally sensitive, solution focused/strength-based, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and integrative approaches in therapy. She believes that people and counseling are not one dimensional and is flexible in her approach to helping people discover what they really desire in life.
