Bethany Mangan
Bethany is passionate about supporting the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being of all individuals, but especially mothers and fathers (individual or as couples) transitioning into, or making a further adjustment into, parenthood. Bethany is specialized in this client population via years of practice experience as well as completion of advanced psychotherapy training in perinatal mental health (PMADs) through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
Bethany provides services to individuals seeking support for adjusting to and managing through pregnancy and transition to parenthood as well as healing from perinatal mood disorders (PMADS). She also constantly seeks to combine her background in nutrition with her therapy practice through the integration of this as an element of addressing holistic health.
Along with parenthood often comes a re-evaluation of our relationship with everything and everyone around us - including ourselves! Bethany’s empathetic approach helps clients feel safe, heard and encouraged to process these important new paradigms as well as other transitions and adjustments in and through parenthood.
