They utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Keke is trained in Trauma Model Therapy as well as the WPATH standards of care. She spent over one year working as the Associate Therapist for a Partial Hospital Program and has an additional year of experience working in private practice, supporting clients throughout various stages of life. Keke will provide a warm, safe space for you to hold your feelings and experiences.
“Together we will laugh, learn and dive deep; label your feelings, step into mindfulness and challenge lifelong thinking patterns. If you are looking for someone you can be yourself without judgement, a space where all of your feelings matter, and some education on personal steps you can take - we may be a great fit! Let me help you reach your goals, build your confidence, and redefine your thinking patterns. You are not alone.”
