Sarah Dymond, LMSW
Sarah Dymond is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She is a versatile therapist who enjoys working with individuals, couples, children and families. Sarah believes that at the heart of every successful interaction with her clients is a foundation built on trust and respect. She works alongside her clients as they achieve their goals using a client-centered and strengths-based approach. She strives to provide a genuine empathetic space in which her clients feel comfortable to discuss challenges and to explore solutions.
Sarah has experience in addressing depression, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, relationship struggles, substance use, and grief and loss. She has experience and training in supporting LGBTQ youth and their caregivers. Sarah is a trauma-informed therapist who has education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and parenting strategies.
