Jessica Flewelling, is a limited licensed master social worker. She uses a client centered approach to aid children, adolescents, adults and couples with stress, relationship conflicts, difficult life transitions, past trauma, and sense of self issues. She has specialties working with children and families in foster care/adoption, as well as working with adoptive/foster/biological parents. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Sophia Nash is a licensed professional counselor. Life is journey that presents us with various challenges, it is nice to have support along this journey. My practice with clients is person centered, although I am along this journey with you, you are the facilitator. I provide a variety of mental health care for individuals who are looking to build skills and develop a community of support. I provide mental health care to individuals, couples, adolescents and families. I have a concentration in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, peer relationships, communication skills, young adult transitional support, and family relationships. I provide care that is compassionate and centered on your personal growth. I have an eclectic approach which allows for clients to have all the tools necessary to be successful. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Transition to independence process (TIP model) as well as a variety of other approaches. Let us walk the journey together!
