Sophia Nash is a licensed professional counselor.

Her practice with clients is person centered. Although she is along this journey with you, you are the facilitator. She provides a variety of mental health care for individuals who are looking to build skills and develop a community of support. She provides mental health care to individuals, couples, adolescents and families. She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, peer relationships, communication skills, young adult transitional support, and family relationships. She provides care that is compassionate and centered on your personal growth. Sophia has an eclectic approach which allows for clients to have all the tools necessary to be successful. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Transition to Independence Process (TIP) as well as a variety of other approaches.
