Yvette Woodruff
MA, LPC, CAADC

Yvette Woodruff, is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Michigan with over 35 years of experience in the human service field. Yvette has worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns, and backgrounds; some of the individuals that I have worked with had concerns in the following areas: depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting problems, chronic health challenges, substance use disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideations, OCD and ADHD. I am certified by the state of Michigan as a trauma trained therapist as well as being a Certified Advance Alcohol and other Drug Counselor.

Her counseling style is warm and interactive as well as person centered. Yvette believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person centered, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and rational-emotive counseling. Yvette will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Yvette believes that it takes courage to seek assistance in creating a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a positive change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

She looks forward to working with you!
