John is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a nationally certified counselor (NCC). He has completed the requirements to provide supervision to limited license professional counselors (LLPC) in Michigan. He has experience working with a diverse population of children, adults and families experiencing stress, depression, substance use or abuse, grief and other difficult life experiences. John enjoys working with athletes in hopes to help improve performance. His primary therapy styles are: cognitive behavioral therapy, strength based, and brief solution focused therapy. John offers both virtual and in-person therapy.
