Letisia’s goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your concerns, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 18 years of experience helping individuals, families, and communities navigate life’s challenges. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care. She specializes in supporting adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, and caregiver stress.
In her work, Letisia integrates therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. She also considers the whole person; mind, body, and environment while recognizing that factors like health, relationships, and community resources all shape well-being.
Letisia has worked across diverse settings, including community mental health, hospitals, higher education, and primary care. As a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist, she values cultural humility and creating a safe, inclusive space for all clients. Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, my goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
